ROBOT
PROGRAMMING: BEND TOOL Off-line programming of the Fanuc robot. Working mode: This new product helps the user during the teaching phase. It compiles all the program to move the robot, choose the right macros for all the steps of the bending sequence. Bend tool saves the robot program after the teaching phase. The user can define the tools of the system working on tools libraries. Starting form a dxf file of the unbended product Bend tool allow to define the bending sequence and the main movement of the robot to realise it. In these movements is possible to manage: release mode of the part, outing of the robot from the press brake, pinching mode and other finctions. At the end is possible to generate the robot program to send to the robot CN. The passage can be done by memory card or by LAN. |
